We support the mission of the University of California, Merced, by serving as the primary office of academic records. To that end, we oversee various processes and programs including: initial student registration through verification of degree conferral, veteran services and classroom scheduling.
We operate with a core group of dedicated staff who strive to use the best technology to provide a personalized customer service experience. In all that we do, we are committed to the principles of mutual respect, fairness, good stewardship and sensitivity to the diverse populations we serve.

Statement of Legal Residence (SLR) documents are reviewed in the order they are received, we are currently receiving hundreds of documents. We appreciate your patience as we review all the docuemnts submitted. The dates below are updated daily, you can check this site to see what day we are currently working on. If you have already submitted documents, no need to do anything else. You will be emailed if we need additional information or when your SLR is finalized.
Office of the Registrar is currently reviewing SLR's submitted through August 12th and SLR documents submitted on August 12th.
NOTE: AB 540 applications are not finalized until final transcripts are received.
