Fall 2020 Grade Modes - For the Fall 2020 term, the Academic Senate approved a policy that would allow a pass/no pass option for all undergraduate courses and a satisfactory/unsatisfactory option for graduate courses. Review this information and if you still have questions contact the Office of the Registrar for assistance. Instructors may view the student grade modality choice within CatCourses in the Mid/Final Grade tool.
Grade Changes - Make changes to submitted grades in CatCourses up to the deadline of Tuesday, December 22 at noon. After the grade submission deadline, use the grade change e-form. Your student will receive an e-mail confirmation once the change is processed.
