Deadlines

This is a reminder of important approaching dates and deadlines. For other important deadline information please see the Students First Center site.

  • Monday, October 8: Tentative--Spring 2019 Online Class Schedule Available at registrar.ucmerced.edu/go/schedule

  • Monday, October 15: Tentative--Spring 2019 Registration Days/Times available at my.ucmerced.edu under "myRegistrationTime"

  • Tuesday, October 16 after 5 p.m.: Fall 2018 Mid-Semester Grades Are Available for Students Enrolled in Lower Division Courses 

  • Wednesday, October 31: Last Day to Withdraw from a Fall 2018 Course ("W" will display on your transcript)

Office of the Registrar Mission Statement

We support the mission of the University of California, Merced, by serving as the primary office of academic records. To that end, we oversee various processes and programs including: initial student registration through verification of degree conferral, veteran services and classroom scheduling.
