Q: Are URLs or bookmarks changing?
A: We’ll confirm access details on Aug 14. If the link changes, we’ll provide the new URL.

A: They remain view-only (and printable) in the legacy MDP for advisors and continuing students.
Q: When will the new Planner be enabled?
A: Timeline will be announced after go-live (phased rollout). We’ll communicate training and access steps in advance.
Degree Audit
Q: Can students and grad students still run audits?
A: Yes. All students (UG & GR) and advisors can run audits.
Q: Will my saved/previous audits still be there?
A: Yes—use Audits > Manage to view previously run audits (note: stored audits auto-delete weekly; save a PDF if you need a record).
Q: Where do I learn how to read the new audit?
A: See How to Read Your MyDegreePath Audit (icons, course codes, GE/IE sections).
Exceptions & Encoding
Q: Can advisors add exceptions at go-live?
A: Yes—after the freeze lifts, advisor exceptions resume in self-service (same rules/process; UI labels may look slightly different).
Q: What about encoding changes?
A: Resume after go-live. Please continue to send issues/findings to Rena for prioritization.
Transfer Credit, AP/IB, GE & IE
Q: Will transfer credit and AP/IB still display the same?
A: Yes—presentation is consistent. If something looks off, compare with the UC Merced Catalog and contact advising.
Q: Where can I confirm GE and Intellectual Experiences details?
A: Review the Catalog for your catalog year; the audit will show status by requirement.
Printing & Accessibility
Q: Can I still print or save the audit as PDF?
A: Yes—use the Print icon in the audit. Charts/graphs may render differently than on screen.
