Run an Audit

By default, your active degree program will be selected.

A “Request an Audit” page displays a table under “Run Declared Programs,” listing a selected degree program (Cognitive Sciences, BS) with its catalog year. Below, there is an option to select a different program and access advanced settings. A blue “Run Program” button, highlighted with a red box, appears at the bottom next to a “Cancel” button.

  • On the MyDegreePath homepage, click Run Program.

A “Completed Audit Requests” page shows a section for running degree audits. A status box indicates the last update time and that the page refreshes automatically, with an “Update” button available. Below, a “Running Audits” table displays columns for Program and Catalog Year, currently showing a loading indicator, and includes a link to cancel running audits.

  • Stay on the page for a few seconds while the audit generates. You do not need to refresh the browser or click the "Update" button while the process is running.

A “Completed Audit Requests” page lists previously run degree audits in a table with columns such as ID, Program, Catalog Year, Created date, Audit Type, Format, Run By, and Course Type. Each row includes a “View Audit” link in the “View” column, which is highlighted with a red box. A “Run Audit” button appears above the table, and options to select or delete audits are available on the right.

  • Click View Audit to open your results.

Run an audit for a different major, add an emphasis, or add a minor (What-If Audit).

  • From the MyDegreePath homepage, click "Select a Different Program."

A “Request an Audit” page shows an option labeled “Select a Different Program,” highlighted with a red box. Below, dropdown fields for “Program” and “Catalog Year” allow the user to choose an alternate degree program and catalog year. A note explains that selecting a program here will not change the declared degree program. At the bottom, “Run Program” and “Cancel” buttons are displayed.

  • Choose the Program.
  • Select the Catalog Year that applies to you.
    • If you want to just run the "what-if" audit with an added minor or Emphasis/Concentration, enter your current major in the Program field.

A “Request an Audit” page shows options to run a degree audit.
