MyDegreePath (Advisors) - Overview

This site is a quick, static overview for advisors. Use it to: run and read student audits, add advisor-level exceptions (where appropriate), review how transfer credit appears in the audit, and find help fast.

What you can do here

  • Run & read a student audit to understand satisfied, in-progress, and remaining requirements.
  • Add advisor-level exceptions (majors, emphases, minors only) using catalog language.
  • See transfer credit in the audit and learn what common flags mean.
  • Access MyDegreePath and confirm supported browsers and access steps.
  • Get help with a simple guide on what information to include when reporting an issue.

Note: The changelog and detailed OIT/ARR troubleshooting examples live on our internal uAchieve Usergroup Teams Channel (staff-only).

Advisor policy reminders (static)

  • Use advisor exceptions only for majors, emphases, or minors. Campus/GE exceptions go through the petition process.
  • Write exception notes in catalog language; keep notes concise.
  • If a student has IGETC certification, Spark Seminar is waived (no exception needed).

Need something else?

  • For release notes, known issues, and step-by-step examples, see the internal uAchieve User Group Teams Channel hub (staff-only).
  • For student-facing instructions, see the MyDegreePath student pages on the Registrar site.
